Imani DaCosta & Co.

Building a life
and a business
on your own terms.

I'm Imani — the owner of Imani DaCosta & Co., a consulting and mentorship agency built to support women in creating sustainable, aligned online businesses.

I'm an online business mentor, autism advocate, AI consultant, founder of The Caribbean Note App, podcast host, and a mother of two.

Born and raised in New York City, I have spent the last 5 years building a business that supports real life — not the other way around. Through my work, I've supported and educated over 100 entrepreneurs, helping them build businesses that are structured, realistic, and rooted in long-term freedom — not burnout.

I created The Caribbean Note app to support families raising children with disabilities, combining my personal experience with my passion for accessible, empowering resources for parents.

Today I'm committed to a four-day work week and a life centered around presence, flexibility, and impact. My work sits at the intersection of business, autism, and freedom — because you shouldn't have to choose between building a meaningful business and being present for your life.

What I Stand For

Three pillars.
One mission.

01

Business

I help entrepreneurs understand how to implement AI in their business without the overwhelm — by creating custom AI employees, digital support that works for you, saves time, and gives you hours back. From there, I help you build simple systems that reduce expenses and create more freedom, so you\'re not working all day to keep your business running.

02

Autism

As a mother to a child with level 3 nonverbal autism, advocacy is part of my everyday life. That\'s why I created The Caribbean Note App — to give parents the tools, support, and confidence to navigate their journey, wherever they are in the world. It\'s a resource designed to make a real, global impact especially for those in low access regions.

03

Freedom

I built my business rooted in freedom and sovereignty — the ability to choose how I work and how I live. For me, that looks like a four-day workweek, being present for my kids, and living abroad in Barbados. I don't believe in being tied to one system or one path, and I hope to inspire other business owners to create their own version of freedom. Inside my mentorship program DaCostAcademy, I help entrepreneurs build businesses that actually support that life.

The Caribbean Note App

For families everywhere —
who know they are capable,
even when support is limited.

Whether your child has Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, or another disability, this app was created to help you organize care, learn at home, and support your child's growth.

Whether you're navigating long therapy waitlists, living in a low-access region, managing multiple services, or doing it all on your own — The Caribbean Note was built for you.
